Jiliz Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Jiliz ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the Jiliz online gaming platform available at jiliz.app and any associated mobile applications or services.

By accessing the Jiliz platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the Jiliz Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing Jiliz on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that person or entity.

To register and maintain an account on Jiliz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Jiliz does not permit gaming by individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register player accounts on Jiliz.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Jiliz or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Jiliz platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account suspension or termination.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Jiliz reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the Jiliz platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your Jiliz account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Select a strong, unique password for your Jiliz account and keep it confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify Jiliz immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.

Jiliz reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform.

Your Jiliz account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

All financial transactions on the Jiliz platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Jiliz does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits: Jiliz accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Jiliz cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Jiliz account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within the Jiliz cashier.
• Jiliz reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operating hours and processing schedules of the relevant payment provider.
• Jiliz does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Player Funds: Funds held in your Jiliz account balance are held on your behalf and are not commingled with Jiliz operational funds. Your account balance represents a liability of Jiliz to you and does not accrue interest.

Jiliz may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all Jiliz bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Jiliz reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Jiliz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to applicable law or regulation.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other abusive strategies will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Each game available on the Jiliz platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on Jiliz, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Jiliz is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by the size of your wager, your account history, or any other player-specific factor.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the Jiliz server, the server record shall be the definitive record for all purposes. Jiliz maintains comprehensive game logs and these records are available to players upon request in connection with a genuine dispute.

Jiliz reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where there is evidence of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's Jiliz account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jiliz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Jiliz platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any such vulnerability must be reported to Jiliz immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jiliz staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Jiliz platform or any game software.

Jiliz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming on Jiliz may request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account settings or by contacting Jiliz support. Self-exclusion periods are available for defined durations or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Jiliz account. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

All content on the Jiliz platform, including but not limited to the Jiliz name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of Jiliz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Jiliz platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Jiliz platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Jiliz content.
• Use any Jiliz trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Jiliz platform.

Any unauthorised use of Jiliz intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Jiliz and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jiliz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

Jiliz does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jiliz will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

In no event shall Jiliz's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Jiliz account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Jiliz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Jiliz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Jiliz has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Jiliz is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period, as defined in Jiliz's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account for cause, Jiliz reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is terminated without cause by Jiliz, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your Jiliz account at any time by contacting Jiliz support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Jiliz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Jiliz will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Jiliz platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Jiliz platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and Jiliz arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes, Jiliz maintains comprehensive server-side game logs. Players wishing to dispute a game result must submit a written complaint to Jiliz support within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be considered.
