Your Responsibility: While Jiliz takes extensive measures to protect your data, you are also responsible for keeping your Jiliz account credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Jiliz support immediately and change your password.

Marketing Communications: If you have consented to receive promotional communications from Jiliz, you may withdraw that consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account settings or by contacting Jiliz support. Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications will not affect your ability to use the Platform.
The Jiliz Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Jiliz does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The minimum age requirement for the Jiliz Platform is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
Jiliz employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may conduct additional verification checks at any time. If Jiliz discovers that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

The Jiliz Platform may contain references to third-party services, including payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. When you interact with these third-party services, you are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service, which are separate from and independent of this Jiliz Privacy Policy.
Jiliz is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party services. Jiliz encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with the Platform before providing them with your personal data.
The inclusion of any reference to a third-party service on the Jiliz Platform does not constitute an endorsement of that service's privacy practices by Jiliz.
Jiliz reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.
Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect how Jiliz processes your personal data or your rights in relation to that data — Jiliz will provide advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.
